Job Responsibilities

As a service technician, you will be part of the after-sales department and work in the workshop alongside two other technicians. Your main job is to perform service on electric or battery-powered tools within the company's product segment for DeWalt. This means you will receive service requests, conduct warranty assessments, provide cost estimates, and perform repairs and maintenance. The customers you will work with are primarily DeWalt retailers in the Swedish market, which are the largest building supply chains. Within the company, you will have internal contact with the service department, customer service, and the sales organization. Additionally, you will also be responsible for external contact with retailers and other workshops that Stanley Black & Decker has established partnerships with. Upon starting, you will be offered product and system training as well as an introduction from the team.
